Creative Business Cup is a global year-round initiative that empowers entrepreneurs in the creative industries, helping them grow their business ideas, connecting them to investors and the global markets, and strengthening their innovative capabilities to the benefit of industry and society.

The purpose of the Creative Business Cup is to strengthen the business competencies of creative individuals. The Creative Business Cup is a platform for creative individuals to showcase their creative competencies and to inspire them to become creative entrepreneurs in the future.

Setup of Creative Business Cup

 

The setup of the global competition is that the winner from each country competes against other national winners in July 2021 at the Global Award Show in Copenhagen, Denmark. Creative Business Cup is developed by CKO and a Featured Event of Global Entrepreneurship Week, an initiative powered by the Kauffman Foundation

Creative Business Cup Thailand 2021

 

Global Entrepreneurship Thailand is the national host for Creative Business Cup Thailand. We are mandated to select and nominate the National Winner to represent Thailand at the Global Award Show. The Creative Business Cup is supported by the Danish Ministry of Business and Growth.

Who are we looking for?

 

The competition is intended for start-ups in creative industries such as design, electronics, software, computer games, 3D printers, fashion, architecture, advertising, film, photography, gastronomy, leisure activities, toys, music and audio-visual.

The jury will evaluate not only the creative solution of your product or service, but also your potential to stand up to international competition and become a globally successful company.

What can you get from participating in the competition?

• opportunity to compete for a place at the Creative Business Cup global final in Copenhagen

• interaction with start-ups and investors from around the world

• facilitation of access to capital

• feedback from investors and experts in the field

• self-presentation at the global level and greater awareness of your company

 

In the global final, start-ups will compete for a financial award for the winner and many other prizes.

2021 competition schedule

 

From the registered start-ups, we will select the ten best, which will advance to the national final. During the event, the jury will select one start-up, which will represent Thailand at the Creative Business Cup international final in Copenhagen.

• selection of finalists: 1 June 2021

• Thailand national finals: 5 June, online via Zoom

• international final in Copenhagen: 28 June – 29 June 2021
